Coaching is a partnership where we join using thought-provoking and creative processes to inspire clients to achieve or maximize their personal and profession potential, achieve goals, reach new challenges, get “unstuck” and change their life for greater fulfillment. Counseling on the other hand, works with a diagnosis where clients are presenting in a higher level of distress and greater level of struggles in life. If a mental health need becomes apparent in our work together, as your coach I will be happy to help you understand the need and refer you to a mental health therapist for the appropriate level of care. I’m happy to work as a team along side your therapist if needed/wanted as well.

What Each

Includes

Session

Each session is an hour to an hour and thirty minutes depending on what’s needed and includes (but not limited to) the following:
