Breath Experiences

We can only go minutes without breath; it is the driver of life! Continually expanding and contracting throughout the day…most of us not paying too much attention to this beautiful autonomic process. With attunement and practice we can harness breath for health, for changing states or regulation, for achieving a greater sense of peace, for building resilience and for increasing our performance. There is nothing in life that breath does not affect.

Join me in these experiences designed after a decade of working with people around mental health, performance, and breath to begin experiencing change and help you learn how to shift state and thrive using your breath!
